RESEARCHING 'VULNERABLE' AND 'HARD TO REACH' GROUPS
The Summer Event is a relaxed and social occasion that also provides an opportunity to hear about and debate topical issues of relevance to social researchers. This year's Summer Event will focus on challenges (methodological, practical and ethical) of researching 'vulnerable' and 'hard to reach' groups, drawing on the experiences of researchers who have recently completed projects of this kind. The aim is to consider the lessons for the social research world.
