'Listening to Children: Research and Consultation' is a ten-week training
course
designed for those who work with children and young people and want to
improve
their skills of research and consultation. Run by the Centre for Research on
Families and Relationships (CRFR - www.crfr.ac.uk), it involves a
combination
of online learning and classroom sessions based at the University of
Edinburgh.
Bookings are now being taken for Autumn 2005. Practical details are as
follows:
- 10 weeks from 13 October 2005
- classroom sessions take place on Thurs 27 Oct, Thurs 10 Nov, Thurs 24 Nov,
&
Thurs 8 Dec (10am - 4pm)
- convenient and reliable access to a computer and the internet is required
- aimed at those with a grounding in social research
- cost £650 (£750 if you wish to study for credit)
