Hi,
it is considered good practice to reply, to emails in general, but in
particular to _all_ the tickets you receive even if you think that the
error was temporary or that it was fault of the testing system. This
allows the tickets to be closed and avoids unwanted emails for example me
being sent reminders of your tickets and having to write to everyone
further reminders or reply in your place.
If you think you are receiving duplicate tickets you shouldn't receive
please forward them to Philippa
