Why do you say abbot rather than bishop? As they seem to be separate
beasts, they can't literally be a (part of a) tetramorph. You certainly
have two Evangelists' symbols - I would suggest looking round the back of
the capital or on another capital for the other two :-) Your abbot or
bishop could represent Matthew's (winged) man, of course - any sign of an
ox?
