Good news! The TAIEX website used to contain details of implementing
measures for the candidate countries which became new members in 2004.
Once they joined, the data was removed from the TAIEX site but was not
loaded into CELEX. Colleagues who attended the EIA's workshop on
national implementing measures at the Conference in April will remember
me demonstrating this black hole. However pending developments to this
sector in new EUR-Lex, the data has now been reinstated on TAIEX. The
site also has data for the current candidate countries.
The site to visit is the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange
Unit of DG Enlargement at http://taiex.cec.eu.int
Select databases from the left menu bar then LAD (Law Approximation
Database).
