Correct way how to do it is to post the file (preferably in other
format then M$ Word, but that's another matter) somewhere on the
Web (I guess, you have university website, don't you? if not,
then there are free websites like geocities.com, etc.) and to
post to the list only brief notice about what's in the document
with the link pointing to the document. That way, anybody who is
interested in the document can download it and everybody else
will get just a brief notice, which doesn't bother her.
