What you have done above is correct, you can also create a ticket
in ggus as well though I expect there is a good chance it will
go to that address but at least they will be nagged about it.
Patricia is installing software at the moment and is generally very
helpful when contacted.
Putting in quotas is the way to go. Stop the people killing your
system and hopefully they will contact you when they become frustated
that there jobs are failing. Incidentally the software installed here
okay by the way.
It should be mentioned though that when you contact the VO address above
they are obliged to give you contact details as the VO agreed to that.
You don't have to give a reason even. If they don't get back then we
can raise it higher. We (Fraser, Jeremy or Me) as your ROC can do this
on your behalf. The option of banning the user or VO is always available
but this is probably not how you want to resolve the situation for
obvious reasons.
