Ah yes.
I'd swapped my Writing and the Digital Life subscription over to my
gmail address, and it was working wonderfully for a while . . . but
now I can't access gmail from work because of the way that Explorer is
set-up there, and I was having trouble getting to gmail from home, for
I don't know what reason.
(It's all rather mysterious, as I can't access my Blogger blog from
home either at the moment. "home" is an eMac using Safari and a
dial-up connection. "work" is a PC with Explorer and always on
internet which I can't fool around with because, really, I'm just
there to take phone calls.
But gmail really is the way to go for lots of ongoing conversation
such as this list. As long as it works that is.
