To fix this the yaim conf should have something like
CE_OS="Scientific Linux"
CE_OS_RELEASE=3.0.3
and
/opt/lcg/var/gip/lcg-info-generic.conf
should have something like
GlueHostOperatingSystemName: Scientific Linux
GlueHostOperatingSystemRelease: 3.0.3
GlueHostOperatingSystemVersion: 3
in the relavent to all DNs section in the bit that comes after
the dynamic script section.
If you just update the lcg-info-generic.conf you run
/opt/lcg/sbin/lcg-info-generic-config \
/opt/lcg/var/gip/lcg-info-generic.conf
so as to generate the lcg-info-static.ldif and implement the
changes.
