ok, thanks. Anyway, since we're putting together a sort of ticketing
system for these kind of requests, may I ask you to pass through the
brand-new interface (so that it will be the second time you will act as
a guinea-pig for me)? ;-))
You should connect to
https://atlas-install.roma1.infn.it/atlas_install/protected/rai.php
and fill out the required fields. You need to have your personal
certificate loaded into your browser to access that page.
