Good to talk to you yesterday. Sorry if I came across as a bit vacant but I
was in the middle of a function and made the mistake of trying to
concentrate on more than 1 thing at once.
I would be delighted to prepare some form of presentation for one of the
regional meetings. This could be in any form that you want but if you could
send me some type of brief that would help me to gear the talk to the aims
of the meeting that would be great. We already have case studies if you are
interested but I am only too happy to prepare new and targeted material if
that is preferable to you.
If you are interested in coming to visit us I would be only too delighted
to show you and your colleagues around our facility.

Just to say we haven't forgotten our meeting schedule with
Chesterhighlighted for mid June and an "EDRMS" theme. September is likely
to be in Prestonwith a "Storage/Archive" theme whilst December is
tentatively pencilled in for Sheffieldbut we have no theme as yet. Could I
ask you all to have a think as to a theme that would be most appropriate?
Attached is a training schedule currently being offered to the Scottish
sub-group by TFPL. You don't have to be a member of the sub group and I'm
sure you would be made most welcome. Any interest should the courses be
held a tad further south?
The Bournemouth Annual conference was again a success with some excellent
talks and plentiful opportunities for networking. Such has been the success
of our RMS North group, that not only have Scotland and Wales now have
their own groups, but Ireland and the South West are interested in forming
regional groups and the slumbering "RMS London" group is waking up and
mobilising its members! I met with some people from Oxford/Reading who were
bemoaning the fact that there wasn't a "South" group and didn't like the
assumption they were part of the Londoncatchment!
Hopefully we'll be able to announce details for the Chestermeeting very
shortly,
