The problem occurs in the flexible archiver for one table only which is
service. The archiver seems from the outside to be functioning correctly
and for the most part is but not for queries on the service table.
We (R-GMA developers) are aware of the problem and are working to find a
solution.
Checks that can be done to ensure that it is not your site which is not
at fault.
open this link
http://lcgic01.gridpp.rl.ac.uk:8080/R-GMA/BrowserServlet/getQueryForm.do?tableName=Service
select the "Select producers you want to query:" check box
select Latest
http://lcgmon01.gridpp.rl.ac.uk:8080/R-GMA/LatestProducerServlet
checkbox and hit the query button. If the result is an empty set and the
same query works on
http://lcgic01.gridpp.rl.ac.uk:8080/R-GMA/BrowserServlet/getQueryForm.do?tableName=Site
then there is a problem with the flexible archiver.
Post a message so that we know that something is wrong and we can
investigate.
If the flexie is working ok then it is likely that you have a problem on
your site. Try checking the status of the servicetool and restarting if
necessary and check the servicetool log for errors.
/etc/init.d/edg-rgma-servicetool status
/etc/init.d/edg-rgma-servicetool restart
