Well, that's the part of the story that could be true actually... ;) You
see, there's archaeological evidence of such trips (starting much before the
Celtic period). There's no doubt about that, but there's another question:
How could they do it? Simply because the weather conditions were far more
favourable in those times and the distribution and force of the oceanic
streams was also more favourable. Also, archaeologists wonder if they could
use some other boats we still don't know... (wooden boats now destroyed?
hiding somewhere?).

Or to "Hispania", the Peninsula as a whole, that land "in the South"... It
could be a mistake in the English translation, as someone from the Irish
Dept. here at UCC told me, because they wouldn't make the difference
Spain/Hispania as we do...
