There isn't, no. It's not beyond the bounds of all possibility that I
could generate such a target in Makefile.dependencies, but since
there's nothing in the component files that says `this is a library',
all it could do would be to spot "libraries/" in the <path> element.
And if it's doing that, then you might as well do
for m in `ls libraries/*/component.xml|sed
's+libraries/\([^/]*\).*+\1+'`; do make /blah/manifests/$m; done
or similar. If you thought this was likely to be a popular thing to
do, I can see if I can whisk something up, but if not, I'd probably
rather leave this as magic for the user.
