OK STILTS it is. The namespace for most of the relevant classes is
still uk.ac.starlink.ttools, and the starjava package is TTOOLS,
but since these aren't really public parts of the release I don't
think that should be a problem.
I've prepared a release web page at
http://www.starlink.ac.uk/stilts/
with an easy download and a user document, SUN/256.
I plan to announce this release (as beta software) on the IVOA
votable and apps lists tomorrow - I'm on holiday all next week,
and that should give people a chance to take a look before they're
panicking trying to get their own stuff sorted out for Kyoto in
2 weeks time.
If anyone wants to make any comments before close of play tomorrow,
they will be gratefully received.
