CPAG has a long standing interest in, and concern over the policy function
and administrative impact of tax credits recently illustrated by the CPAG
publication Tax credits: one year on. To follow this work up we have
obtained funding to conduct a discrete piece of qualitative research on the
administrative impact of tax credits intended for publication and which
will inform our understanding and lobbying position, the post-holder would
be will be responsible for conducting the research and writing up the
results.
The post-holder will be responsible for developing this project, conducting
and writing up the research and would in doing so have the opportunity to
imputing into wider agendas as appropriate. The candidate would be expected
to have experience of both social policy and of qualitative research. You
must also have a commitment to CPAG's aims and its work.
We particularly welcome applications from Black and minority ethnic
candidates who are under-represented amongst our staff.
