Papers (15-20 minutes in length) are invited on any aspect of Renaissance studies (history, art history, literature, music, philosophy, science, theology). Abstracts only (400-500 words; a shorter 100-word abstract for inclusion in the 2006 program) must be submitted online no later than December 1, 2005 to the SCRC website: http://www.cwrl.utexas.edu/~nydam/scrc/cfp.html. Program participants are required to join SCRC and are encouraged to submit publication-length versions of their papers to the SCRC journal, Explorations in Renaissance Culture Ÿ Graduate students presenting a paper at the 2006 conference may apply to the program chair for travel assistance (maximum $200).
