The organization needs to determine when to capture the website as a
record. Will it be when major changes are made, when key information
is added or deleted?
Graham is correct that organizations have in the past had to produce
what their website looked like at particular point in time. IIRC this
first occurred with Las Vegas casinos when customers sued them for
deceptive trade practices.
