This is something I always impress on my students.
From my experience, I've come to the conclusion that it is easier to
trace one's family history in the 19th Century and than it is in the
20th Century.

Hi
Another difficult task for future generations will be family
history. How difficult will it be when some ancestors have had three
partners and children by each and never been married, or fathers are
unknown?
