Hello Karen,

This is a reference to "Agence Europe" No. 8916 dated 25 March 2005.

Agence Europe had a change of title and is now called Bulletin Quotidien
Europe.

It is the issue which includes the conclusions of the Spring Summit of 22-23
March 2005.
