AI-2005 is the 25th Annual International Conference of the British
Computer Society's Specialist Group on Artificial Intelligence (SGAI).
It will be held in the attractive surroundings of Peterhouse College in
Cambridge on 12-14 December 2005. Details are available at
www.bcs-sgai.org/ai2005/
The first day (Monday 12 December) will include two half-day tutorials
and two half-day workshops. Would you like to volunteer to present a
tutorial or organise a workshop? We would pay travel and, if necessary,
a night's accommodation. You get all the glory, of course!
We are open to any proposals for AI-related topics. You may want to
choose something application-led, or perhaps focus on an AI technique.
Here are a few suggestions:
- agents
- data mining and the use of statistics
- genetic algorithms
- hybrid systems
- knowledge engineering
- neural networks
- neurofuzzy systems
- pattern recognition
- planning systems
- uncertainty
- web mining
- anything application-led.
If you are interested in presenting a tutorial or organising a workshop,
please reply directly to me ([log in to unmask]).
Thanks a lot.
Adrian Hopgood.
