Before the person who submitted the requirement evaluates whether it has
been met there is a first step where the person who implemented the
middleware says which requirements it was designed to meet. So I think
the middleware people should say if, by any chance, they have met any
security requirements before JRA3 check them out. It would be a waste of
time for someone without inside knowledge to check all requirements when
I suspect very few of them have been met.
