Hi,
I'm quite new to DC and this AP, so some questions about some things I
just can't understand..
So, the problem - In the CD AP the element Associated Collection
(dc:relation) is described as an element refinement. When we look at the
element label (associated collection) and at the explanation in the
summary document (A second collection that is associated with the
current collection), then it is quite simple - yes, it is a refinement
of a general "relation" element, which describes also the relations
between locations, services and (among others) with other collections.
But - shouldn't we then use a new refinement (maybe something like
cld:relatedCollection) and label the dc:relation element as "something
that describes all the possible relations between "The" collection and
services, locations and other collections"?
Or - should we just leave out the refinement Associated Collection
(because there are already the refinements hasPart, isPartOf, and
isReferencedBy) and use the dc:relation like described above?
Excuses for my bad english, but hopefully I was at least understandable,
