Step 1: Say "no problem - we'll do tests; just give us a stool sample.
Here's a little bottle..." (usually scares off most people)
Step 2: If patient is still there after this, she must register as an ED
visit and may well have to wait a couple of hours before getting the bottle.
As she will NOT breach, she will improve your stats...
Step 3: If, after 2 hours and empty bottle in hand, patient is still
insisting... The promise of a rectal exam (with chaperone) should work.
Step 4: If all the above fail, you should probably congratulate yourself on
making an unexpected diagnosis and send her to psych, 'cause she's way
looney!
