I've made a few minor changes to the starconf component.
% cd <checkout>
% cvs update Makefile.in; ./config.status Makefile
% cd buildsupport/starconf; cvs update;autoreconf;./config.status;make
install
...would be a good idea. Nothing major will break if you don't do
this, but if you were to update the top-level (and in particular
Makefile.in) without re-installing starconf, then `make
Makefile.dependencies' would break. Because it's mostly the autobuild
system which re-makes Makefile.dependencies, you probably don't have to
care in fact.
