We will only need the dependencies that we actually use (assuming the make
test fails gracefully and skips those tests). ie mandatory dependencies
but not optional ones (unless we need them).

Astro::Catalog would go into the PERLMODS area of CVS
(thirdparty/perlsys/perlmods/) and be a "vendor" import. The full CVS
history won't be there and we will still develop in Al's repository. Only
"released" modules would be in the thirdparty area.
