Dear UK colleagues,
(Apologies for cross-posting)
Is anyone aware of any systematic work on Judicial Review challenging service delivery issues (for example to gain access to specific services). I know there have been cases but wondred if anyone has reviewed and analysed these cases?
This may be something our law colleagues have looked at so please pass this on to anyone in Law schools who might be able to help.
If any international colleagues know of work on similar lines (judicial mandating or 'steering' of service delivery) I'd be interested to know....
many thanks
Colin
