UKI Monthly Operations meeting this is the new name for the tb-support
meeting.
Are people going to call in or shgould I report what we said yesterday if
it fits in any of the items of the agenda?

Dear All
Details of the TB-SUPPORT (UKI monthly operations) meeting tomorrow can

finding information easier we intend to use the CERN agenda system for
all future deployment meetings. Any accompanying talks or information
will be found on the pages. We also plan to publish dates for the next

As some of you will be aware, the number previously used for TB-SUPPORT
calls (the same number used for a few years!) has turned out not to
belong to Talk2uTime. Talk2uTime are investigating how other companies
are advertising themselves under their name. The number previously used
is classified by Ofcom as a Special Services higher rate, is provided by
Telecom One Ltd (who also provide numbers for Talk2uTime) and is
supposed to cost 10p per minute. However, colleagues at Birmingham have
discovered that their calls via the university connection were costing a
lot more than this and we thank them for raising their concerns with us
several weeks ago. This morning I spoke with Talk2uTime again and they
are still investigating. In the meantime we will now use a new service:

U.K. users are charged at 8.51p per minute (plus VAT) per minute.
