Dear Colleagues,
We remind you that On-line registration is now available on the conference website http://www.aaate2005.com.
You can also download the registration form and send it back to Package Organisation together with your payment.
We also remind you that hotel booking is also possible on the conference website. Please visit the "Information and Travel" section of the website. We encourage you to book as soon as possible since hotels rapidly become fully-booked in September in Lille.
The Organizing Committee also wishes to encourage poster presentations during the conference. The poster submission procedure is different to that of full papers. If you wish, please send a short abstract at [log in to unmask] and [log in to unmask]
The deadline for poster submission is 15 May 2005.
Some of you have requested the possibility to present your research through video.
Video presentations will be shown during the breaks and at lunchtime in the exhibition area.
Should you wish to present a video, please send your demand to [log in to unmask] and [log in to unmask] before 15 May 2005 (only CDs and DVDs are accepted).
