Great nomination! I know Colin and his work and I wish him a warm welcome!
A conference at the Banff Centre sounds like something that could attract a lot of Aacorners!
At Learning Lab Denmark we have just had the pleasure of gathering 26 people (many of them Aacorners) from 10 different countries for an Organisational Theatre Thin Book Summit. The summit was full of energy, passion and hard work and we really accomplished a lot within 48 hours. You will certainly hear more about the Thin Book, which will emerge from the Summit.
And now that I am writing, one more thing: If any of you happen to be close to Denmark on May 3rd this year, you are most welcome to join us for a Research Communication Lab, in which our dear Aacorn colleague, Laura Brearley, will play an important part. See the attached invitation.
Happy Easter!

Hello Aacorners:
Thanks for all of the bio information that you have been sending to me (at my [log in to unmask] address). My son and I have been working slowly to add your pages and information. Please check the website every now and then to see the updates.
On another note, I would like to nominate a colleague for membership. Colin Funk is known to some of you who were at the Paris conference in September. He is the Manager of the Leadership Lab at the Banff Centre in Banff, Canada, and is also a theatrical director. The Centre is well-known for it's programs for artists and as a management education centre. Colin's work at Banff is very much related to arts and leadership. He's also been very supportive of graduate students (such as myself) doing research in this area. He's also creative and a nice guy!
Perhaps one day we could have an arts/management conference at the Banff Centre?! You can't beat the location.
John
