Hi Gary
Please find attached a pdf of the flyer. The designer has done a pretty
remarkable job of fitting everything in! You might want to print off some
copies of this for the workshop if you have time.
We are currently printing off some copies of this ourselves and I'll have
500 sent to you as requested - probably within the next week. Please could
you confirm the address these should be sent to?
Best regards
Duncan

I am going to a workshop with 100 people next week so will knock out a rough
version for them: if you get odd order forms, that's where they are coming
from!

Hi Gary
Thanks for this - we'll try and fit in all of this copy + the full toc and
see what it looks like. If we have to cut a significant amount of
copy/articles then I'll come back to you. No problem to have the pdf and 500
hard copies.
Best regards
Duncan

Here it is. You might want to cut a few words but it's as short as I can
make it and give a good sense of what it is about.

Dear Gary
I've realised that we don't yet have a short blurb to introduce the issue -
to explain it's scope, what is unique about it etc. I'd normally include one
of these on the flyer. Would you be able to write one? Just 100 words or so
as space is tight with such a large table of contents. I have attached the
raw text for the flyer so that you can see roughly where this blurb will fit
in and also check that the table of contents is accurate. The final flyer
won't look like this but will be properly designed and laid out.
Best regards
Duncan

Dear Gary,
Sorry, I don't appear to have dealt with your email. I'm copying this to
Duncan Humphrey who will be able to get back to you about what publicity
material might be available for the special issue.
Duncan - can you get back to Gary on this? Thanks.
Best wishes,
Martin

Martin: belated happy new year! Can you tell me when some publicity material
might be available for this special issue. What I would ideally like would
be something in the format of an A4 or A5 leaflet with a table of contents
and details of availability and cost. I plan to circulate it through
national and international email lists.
Best wishes
Gary
