According to the index of characters in Skretkowicz's edition, he's last
mentioned on p. 306, the penultimate page of Book II, along with all
related loose ends - Andromana, Artaxia, the real Zelmane, etc. - also not
picked up in Book III. However, he does figure in the revisions to Book V
of the 'old' Arcadia, where Sidney added to the story of Euarchus' arrival
in Arcadia (a long passage in the apparatus on pp. 355-57 of the Robertson
edition of OA), and so also finds himself in the last sentence of the 1593
Arcadia, where Sidney lists all the plot lines he hasn't tidied up.
