Just to narrow things down:
Do the intensities differ in the columns of the peak list editor
(Crosspeaks::Edit Peak List) for the old and new peak lists. And also
after you recalculate the intensities for both old and new lists?
Are the peaks picked using exactly the same data file? ( Edit
Spectra::[File Details] )
If you delete and re-pick one of the old peaks does it get a different
volume?
