Dear Cathy,
It would be nice to hear when Eur-Lex will finally be
complete but new draft legislation is still appearing in
Preparatory acts, albeit later and later, and new
legislation and amendments with consolidated versions can
be traced using the Directory of Community legislation
under Legislation in force.
To find implementing legislation in the UK it is best to
use HMSO's Legislation online site
http://www.hmso.gov.uk/legislation/about_legislation.htm
and search under SIs - the search engine allows you to
search under draft SIs as well. For other countries it is
probably best to use national sites as this section on
Celex was never reliable and is even less so now.
Since the OJ went online information relays are only
getting them on paper if they have subscribed individually
but it is best to check regularly for new legislation.
