I am in Oz. The department is monitoring adverse outcomes/critical
incidents. I think they are up to 2 now. Paramedic training is different
here. They do not necessarily have all the skills of our equivalents. What
is interesting unless you pay an amount to SJA (paramedic service) a bit
like you would the AA. If you call the ambulance you have to pay $300,
around £130. That does make it an expensive taxi.
