In response to my comment re. substantial payouts, I have already had
direct postings with links attached to reports that the film version is not
strictly accurate or fair to PG&E.
It would be interesting to hear how you coped under such intense pressure
(internal and external) as this must be a Records Manager's worst nightmare
and certainly a significant challenge: corporate duty, legal duty, public
interest - in fact, it would make a great movie (at least to us)!
The skill-sets required to work effectively within these environments, and
the support mechanisms that might be relied on in such an instance are
thoughts that spring to mind. Have you ever thought of doing a paper on
this - it would make an interesting read for a RM journal or this site!
