Dear Terry,
I have just checked on the new Eur-Lex and found one
citation for 2004 by using Simple search on ECR reference:
Joined cases C-19/01, C-50/01 and C-84/01.
European Court reports 2004 Page I-12447
Although most cases judged in 2004 seem to have been
loaded, presumably direct from Curia transcripts, I imagine
it will be only when the ECR are ready for publication that
the pagination can be given - and since we have just
received ECR 2000 part 11 that is likely to be some time!
Best wishes
Patrick
