Dear Ann
I am really grateful for your useful advice. Unfortunately I am using ATLAS.ti 4.2 so the order of quotations changes and 'Export and Run' is not an option for me I am afraid.
Thank you also for the link. I have just subscribed to the list. Very useful
All the best
Dina

Constance -re yr problems in ATLAS.ti
1. this doesn't hapen in the way you describe for me... the order of
quotations stays exactly the same....
2. the easiest way to export into Excel is simply to use the 'Export and
run' option when asking for the frequency table.... if you haven't updated
your software to the latest build it may not give you this option
BUT....I am assuming version 5?
If using 4.2... the answers to both problems may be different...I can't test
it out any longer.
cheers
Ann Lewins
PS theres also a very good ATLAS.ti specific discussion list - see
