I thought straightforward AF on the 12 lead, wasnt
convinced they were capture/fusion beats.
Ive printed out and measured the strip and although
bits look regular, it isnt. The apparent capture could
be the patients underlying antegrade conduction and
the arrhythmia AF/accessory pathway.
Oh where are Francis Morris and Bill Brady when you
need them?
