You should be able to get away with a base install in principal since
all dependencies will be brought in when you grab the middleware.
I'm using yum here instead of apt-get which is working just fine.
So the mod to yaim install guide is not run
/opt/lcg/yaim/scripts/install_node <site-configuration-file> <meta-package>
as suggested but instead put the correct entries in /etc/yum.conf
and
yum install lcg-UI
for instance.
If you are happy using apt then of course use the install_node, all it does is add
the extra apt repositories and run `apt-get install lcg-UI`

I've not got the MON node yet. It is possible that it needs MySQL 4 but I don't
know. MySQL 3 is shipped with SL3. The RB will definitely need MySQL but again I've
yet to do a `yum install lcg-RB` to see what actually happens.
