Me too, but it's a good idea to have one which doesn't rely on xlstproc
being present.
Another advantage of using a java-based one is that it (probably) uses
XAlan, which makes it very easy to add java extensions to your XSLT
(http://xml.apache.org/xalan-j/extensions.html#java-namespace).
