All,
I may change to Solaris and use it at home, Linux may be doomed, plus I am
sick of
RedHat and Linux in general. The only thing is, will they have good support
for
hardware in Solaris x86? Will manufactures start to write drivers for
Solaris x86?
Should we all have developer Blogs on the Starlink website, it looks good on
the http://opensolaris.org/ site.
Steve.

Subject: Solaris 10 open-sourced
Folks,
Perhaps I'm the only one who didn't know this was coming, but I learn
that Solaris 10 has been open-sourced. See
<http://www.tbray.org/ongoing/When/200x/2005/01/25/Open-Solaris> for
pointers to Sun's pages on this plus a Sun person's walkthrough of
juicy bits in a debugging utility.
