The delivery of Public Services has never been as central to the political agenda as it is today in the UK. The focus on public services is now intense. There has also rarely been more research activity taking place on public services. At the same time, the machinery of government in the UK is rapidly evolving.
The need for expert, independent, analysis of new policies, administrative changes and management reforms has never been more necessary. PAC 2005 provides the best opportunity to hear about the latest developments in the field.
