I presume you are looking for the printed report - in which case it should
be available in the British Library, or any large research library, not the
Public Record Office (PRO). The reference quoted by Iain Wright is for the
main body of the report but the rreport for Cornwall and West Devon will be
one of the sub-commisioner's reports, published as an Appendix in two parts
- either Appendix to the First Report, Part I 1842 [381] xvi. 1 or Part II
1842 [382] xvii. 1
If, however, you are looking for the original mss copy of Barham's report
it will be in the House of Lords Record Office, not the PRO. Go to the
