The 10th Anniversary of WEHIA, the pre-eminent international
Interacting and Evolving Economic Agents Conference, will be hosted by
the Centre for Computational Finance and Economic Agents (CCFEA) at the
University of Essex, UK. To mark the 10th anniversary of WEHIA, six
special sessions are being organised with world renowned experts and
pioneers in
the field to give keynote lectures. Among the keynote speakers is
Professor Benoit Mandelbrot (Yale).
In addition to the special sessions there will be parallel sessions
for oral and poster presentations of high quality.
The areas of interest are as follows: Artificial Markets
with heterogeneous agents , Adaptive Learning and A.I. in economic
environments, Multi-agents in Economics, Experimental Economics,
Econophysics, Financial markets with heterogeneous agents, Non-linear
Economic Dynamics, Interacting Particle Systems in Economics, Markets
as Complex Adaptive Systems, Agent-based models: Theory and Simulations,
Collective Decisions, Game theory, Evolutionary Games, Market Mechanisms
in Distributed Computing Systems, Social and Complex Networks.
