I tryed do this, but if there is a handle, the
postgree
dont't accept (duplicated key error). See the error:
Processing handle file: handle
read handle: '1884/576'
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: duplicated
key violates the unicity restriction
"handle_handle_key"
