To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to invite your medical museum to be listed in the Directory
of History of Medicine Collections. The Directory is published annually
and is also available online.
At the moment, 119 museums, libraries and archives that have holdings in
the history of the health sciences are included in the Directory. Our
goal is to build an informal network of historical collections that
would be useful to scholars and researchers worldwide. Our only request
of participating institutions is that they be able to respond to
reference questions, and in the case of libraries, interlibrary loan
requests.
Below are links to the Preface of the Directory that explains the
project in more detail and the link to the DIRLINE fact sheet.

I am in the process of updating the 2005 edition to be published in
early March. If you would like your collection added to 2005 edition, I
could send you the Information Sheet to be completed and returned to me.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
All best wishes,
