HI Peter
We recently had a similar problem with exporting par/rec data on an Intera
(3T) and it was to do with the amount of contiguous disk space allocated for
exporting large fmri runs (500@44 slice measures 128x128 matrix). Problem
was solved by increasing empty space on the disk and defragmenting.
Hope it helps.
PS MRIcro works well for converting par/rec to analyse.
