Hello John and SPMer,
I have again a question about the overlay of images:
I calculated a mean image of 30 T2-images and the appendant
image containig the standard deviation voxel by voxel.
Now I want to compare the mean image to another images and
want to find voxels or regions of voxels which deviate more
than the standard deviation or more than twice of the standard
deviation. Then I want to lay this image onto the original T2 image
in several colours, whereas "yellow" should represent voxels
deviating the just simply and "red" should show the twice deviation.
I tried with
1)>> spm_orthviews('addtruecolourimage',h, P2, [0.5 0.5 0],0.3,2,1);
whereas "h" is the handle of the original image (spm_orthviews('image',...))
and P2 is the image in which stands "1" in the voxels deviating simply
and "2" in voxels deviating twice. But this did not function; I just got
the original image with a consistent brown glimmer but no blobs.
2)>> spm_orthviews('AddColouredImage', h, P2,[0.5 0 0]);
then I got the overlay in just one colour;
3)>> spm_orthviews('addimage',h,P2,[0.6,0,0.8]);
then I got yellow and red blobs, but the original image cannot be seen,
because it is covered by a white mask.
Can you please show how I can overlay the original with the deviating blobs.
I donīt want ot have two images(on with the simple and one with the twice
deviation)
but both in one overlay; the best result would be and image like these of
the event related reponses on functional images.
Thank you for your help
