Hi,
If it is the Siemens 3T format on the UNC scanner you might be better
asking for a siemens friendly DICOM converter? I dont know if there are
other scanners over there.
I am pretty sure that Chris Rorden's MRICRO will do what you need if the
siemens case applies. I am guessing the DICOM tools in SPM2 wont cover
off what you need?
A final thought, if you know where are the data are from, it might be
worth getting in touch with one of the MRI techs there, they must be
converting data all the time- this also might get around any specific
aspects of the sequence they are using/Dicom derivations, etc.
